Who we are
NET was founded by Dennis Whatley in 1971. The business started out repairing and servicing machinery for the thriving lace industry in Nottingham from a small shop with three staff in Basford, Nottingham. In 1979 the business was going from strength to strength and its reputation was building a loyal customer base along with new clients. So it was time for a move to larger 2000sq ft premises. With seven members of staff and space to grow, four years later in 1983 NET made yet another move to premises around three times larger at 6000sq ft. Today NET is recognised throughout the UK, Europe and worldwide due to the technical knowledge, quality of service and specialist repair of leading brands. We operate from our purpose built repair workshop, with full test facilities and our own in-house machine shop with gear cutting facilities. We will provide you with a fast, efficient and quality service and offer a free collection and quotation for any gearbox, pump or motor repair within the UK.
Professional Problem Solving For Engineers
Just a quick mail to say thank you very much for a brilliant service and sorting the drive unit out earlier than the given time.
Fitted back on and running well.
Any other work of this nature I will certainly be contacting yourselves.
Once again, many thanks
I’d like to start by saying a big thank you for your prompt action yesterday with your help to remove the die pin from the die, Richard was really helpful and showed 100% professionalism in his approach to the problem he was faced with, I really appreciate both of your efforts in solving, what otherwise, would have been, a major production problem for me.
Just a short note to thank you and your team for a superlative demonstration of Customer Service in the execution of the contract to repair our extruder gearbox.
