Just a brief note to express our thanks for your excellent service. We operate a diesel pump repair shop running 5 Bosch test benches and as you can imagine the loss of one bench to gearbox failure is fairly catastrophic. Your team were fantastic right from our initial telephone call, your engineer Andy came out within hours and diagnosed the problem, the following day you had removed our gearbox and we were kept informed during the repair process. After just over a week you had manufactured new parts and returned to refit our gearbox which is now up and running again. Well done to all concerned. We shall certainly recommend NET to all of our clients.
