Knodler produce a complete range of industrial drive solutions. These include, variable speed drives, extruder gearboxes, shaft mounted helical bevel units, helical and worm boxes, through to special customer oriented gear requirements.

Shaft-mounted gears & helical bevel gears

Torques ranging from 500 - 200,000 Nm;
Gear reductions from 3:1 to 800:1
Universal mounting;
Hollow shaft, solid shaft and shrinking disc joint;
Direct mounting of AC and DC motors.
Torque support;
Available with internal and external cooling.

Extruder gears & gears for injection moulding machines

Designed as shaft-mounted or helical bevel gears, single-, two- or three-stage;
Variable thrust bearing with adjustment of the worms and cylinders;
Worm pullout alternatively to the front or to the back; direct mounting of AC and DC motors.
Accessories:
Integrated radiator coil, oil/air cooler, oil/water cooler, temperature sensor, level monitor etc.

Variable Speed Hydraulic

Hydrostatic compact gears, consisting of axial piston variable displacement pump,
hydro motor and additional pump for infinitely variable speed adjustment;
Adjusting range from zero setting to max. Speed; High starting torques;
Powers ranging from 0.18 to 45 kW;

Variable Speed Friction
F series:
Mechanically infinitely adjustable gears;
Powers ranging from 0.18 to 11 kW;
Adjustable range 1:6.
FK series:
Mechanically infinitely adjustable gears;
Powers ranging from 0.12 to 4 kW;
Adjustable range 1:10.

Helical Inline Units

Powers ranging from 0.12 to 15 kW;
1- to 4-stage models;
Combinations with mechanical adjustment mechanisms possible.

Worm Gear Units

Powers ranging from 0.09 to 45 kW;
Axle base ranging from 32 to 250 mm;
